Salve!!!
How are YOU? Feeling FINE? Hope so. Here is something new for ya; Roda dos Amigos 1 Not just a roda but also; 1. 19.00-20.00. a nice warm-up for ya. There will be a few new people that have their first class. So we'll do some basic warm-up things, ginga, esquiva...etc. 2. 20.00-20.45. we'll start playing music and practice some songs. Teachers of capoeira can teach the students one song if desired, after I did my music/sing-thing. ;-) 3. 20.45-21.15 (could be later, depending how much energy you have rsrsrsrsrsrs) 4. After the roda, the brazilian party starts. Then its all up to you: dance, sing, eat, drink, sit, dance, talk, sit still whatever you want, hahaha. Just bringing together old friends, new friends, good vibes and good vibes. All this is a free thing for you. If you bring a matress/pillow you can sleep at me and Chung's place. We also have a shower, so you can wash your dirty-ass-capoeira-feet!!!
